During winter, we gravitate towards warm, comforting flavours but enjoy combining these with summer staples like pizza. Our Pizza Bianca blends cozy winter ingredients such as taleggio, rosemary, and truffle to create a delicious and impressive pizza you will cook all year long.

For each pizza, you will need:
1 ball Organic Dough Co. pizza dough
100g Taleggio, finely sliced
250g waxy potatoes
fresh rosemary sprigs
Parmigiano Reggiano
Sal de Añana salt and freshly ground black pepper
Giuliano Tartufi white truffle spray

Defrost and prove the pizza dough. Preheat the oven to 220ºC.

Boil the potatoes in plenty of salted water until just cooked and drain. Roll out pizza dough onto a sheet of baking paper.

Place sliced Taleggio cheese evenly over the base. Slice the potatoes into 1cm thick slices and lay on top of the Taleggio. Strip the leaves from the rosemary and sprinkle these over the pizza. Season well with the salt and pepper and grate over some Parmigiano.

Place pizza base on a baking tray or a pre-heated pizza stone. Bake for 10-12 minutes until it is golden in colour.

Spray with the truffle oil, cut into slices and serve immediately.
