Fine (7mm), quality Spanish capers with a meaty texture preserved in salt.
Rinse in cold water and soak for at least 30 minutes to remove the excess salt prior to adding to your dish.
Add to meat, poultry, fish, rice or pasta dishes. Use in salsa, sauces, mayonnaise or salads. Can also be fried and used as a garnish.
