Description

A chorizo made with Iberian pork meat, carefully selected and marinated with high-quality natural spices, including Spanish smoked paprika 'pimentón de la Vera', mixed and stuffed into natural casings before being left to cure.

Fantastic on a charcuterie board or in any recipe calling for chorizo. It is the prefect addition to rice and pasta dishes and stuffings.

For a flavoursome pintxos combination ~ pan-fry slices until golden, deglaze with a splash of Capirete Sherry vinegar and skewer with a Losada gordal olive and clove of Pons sweet white garlic .
