Made with Kate Fay’s gluten-free flour, these cheese scones have a light texture, great crumb, and a crusty, cheesy exterior. Scones are finished with Grana Padano and Pons smoked paprika flakes. Serve warm with lashings of butter.

Reheating instructions - preheat oven to 160°C. Place scones on baking tray and leave to defrost for half an hour. Bake for 10 mins to reheat.
