7 ways to use Sabato pestos...

  • Fold any Sabato pesto through pasta , ricechickpeas or white beans
  • Try using as a base for our Sabato pizza bases, available in-store.
  • Brush a sheet of flaky puff pastry  with any of the Sabato pestos. Cut into squares, or thin strips and twist. Bake for 10 minutes in 180ْ°C oven.
  • Boil some potatoes, cool and quarter. Drain some white beans and toss them together with one of the Sabato pestos – you may need to thin it with a splash of extra virgin olive oil . Add sausages or meat if desired.
  • Add your favourite Sabato pesto to a roll, panini or sandwich or add to Sabato aioli or mayonnaise for extra flavour.
  • Use Sabato pesto to top crostini  or use as a dip.
  • Blend your favourite Sabato pesto with chickpeas or white beans , lemon juice, salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil together as a dip.
