This simple and comforting recipe features Sabato gluten-free gnocchi paired with rich all’arrabbiata pasta sauce, baked to perfection and topped with Parmigiano Reggiano and fresh basil. It’s the perfect go-to meal when you want something delicious without the hassle of cooking!
Serves 4
400g Sabato gluten-free gnocchi
360g Sabato all'arrabbiata pasta sauce (or any of our other pasta sauces!)
Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
Sal de Añana spring salt
Black pepper
Fresh Basil
Place the gnocchi and pasta sauce in an ovenproof dish, season, and cover with tin foil.
Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
Once baked, grate Parmigiano Reggiano over the top and garnish with chopped basil.
