This dip is an explosion of flavour! Callipo yellowfin tuna is combined with gourmet ingredients such as cornichons, tartare mayonnaise and capers. The result is a perfectly chunky dip with a zing. 

Makes approx. 1½ cups

300g can Callipo yellowfin tuna in oil, drained
½ cup Sabato tartare mayonnaise
4-5 Accoceberry cornichons, finely chopped
2 Tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 Tbsp Sabato salted capers or Pons capers in brine, well rinsed and drained

Break up the tuna in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir together with a fork to form a chunky textured mixture.

Garnish with capers. Serve as a dip or spread.
